What is Not All Sloths Are Slow About?
Not All Sloths Are Slow follows Speedy Sloth and Slow Sloth as they embark on a day of adventure in their rainforest home. Speedy, of course, is impatient, which often gets him in trouble — fortunately, Slow is always ready to help!

Meet Speedy
Speedy Sloth is always in a hurry!
If something might be fun or exciting, he can’t wait to get there…even when slowing down might be a good idea.

Meet Slow
Slow Sloth is the poster child for taking it easy. He’s the embodiment of chill. He’ll get where he needs to go — eventually — but he’s also going to stop for a snack along the way.
The Real Sloths
Behind Speedy and Slow

Speedy and Slow are based on real-life sloths: Speedy is a two-toed sloth, and Slow is a three-toed sloth. The “toes” we’re referring to are also called fingers and are located on the front paws.
The two-toed sloth is marginally faster than the three-toed sloth (although not quite as, erm, agile as Speedy), but the three-toed sloth grows its own snacks. Yes, that green algae or “sloth moss” is edible. Does it taste good? Unclear, but we respect the ability to eat without actually having to move.
